Enerlis develops and structures its corporate commitments into three main focuses: being an excellent partner within the energy efficiency system; being a responsible employer to its employees; and ensuring its commitment to the communities it serves every day.
ADDRESSING AMBITIOUS PROJECTS
Enerlis’ social responsibility policy established 2013 has already resulted in its adherence to the Diversity Charter and its support for the ten principles of the UN Global Compact for Human Rights, Respect for the Environment, and Anti-corruption.
SUPPORTING EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
To further strengthen its commitments, Enerlis has partnered with the Paris-Dauphine Foundation and Paris-Dauphine University for the next five years, providing financial support to two of its major programs.
The Equal Opportunities program helps younger generations gain access to the best academic courses. The incubation and entrepreneurship program is an effective program that supports young entrepreneurs. These programs are essential to guarantee economic quality and advancements in France.
